Benefits of Packaged Solutions
- Discounted Hourly Rate: Level
I and II support will get you a discounted rate for any on-site
work. Level III support includes everything except
non-maintenance on-site activities, which will be billed at
$45/hour, and any parts if needed.
- Greater ROI and productivity:
Regular maintenance activities can extend the life of your
hardware and increase the performance of your system.
- Better Security: Regular
updates to your Microsoft operating system and antivirus software,
which are offered with Level II and III support, will increase the
security of your system.
- Less Server Down-Time: With
Level III support, your servers will be monitored and Doll
Computer Services will be notified if there is a problem.
Response time for server issues will be quicker.
**There is a 5 PC minimum to qualify
for Level III support. Customers must also be located within 25
miles of Lakeville. Some restrictions may apply. Prices
may change.
